• Evaluate your current needs/resources as well as to understand your preparedness to embark on a sustainability journey; and
• Establish the future course of action depending on your current orientation and understanding of sustainability as well as your willingness to embrace responsible business practices.
Most of the questions have multiple choices. Where required, please elaborate on your choices and also share additional information. Kindly note:
• There are no right or wrong answers.
• Please complete the questionnaire and do not leave any sections unanswered / blank.
• There are only 3 subjective / open-ended questions. Please be very specific to your aspirations and challenges for appropriate recommendations.
• Your individual responses will be kept private and confidential and will not be attributed to you or your organisation.
• The provided information will be discreetly analysed to share Summary Recommendations on Sustainability, specific to your organisation and business.
Please note that all information shared by you will be strictly used for the following purposes (“Purpose”):
• Formation of a topline analysis and summary recommendation report;
• Formation of a customised report using scoring mechanism and baseline scores to present among others, checklist, pertinent information and templates that may be used for implementation; and
• Formation of a report on progress and assigned scores following proactive engagements with the Company on a quarterly basis pertaining to status of implementation and advisory in the first 12 months.
By participating in GreenBizReady Initiative and by filling this questionnaire, you also agree, consent and confirm:
• You are duly authorised by the Company to accept these terms and conditions and to present the responses on the Company’s behalf;
• For Impacto Sdn Bhd to obtain and collect all information pertaining to the Company for the Purpose;
• For Impacto Sdn Bhd to release to CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad and/or CIMB Bank Berhad (collectively known as “CIMB”) all information in relation to the Purpose for the purposes of CIMB to improve its product and services to the Company.
